Hi, lynsweet. Do you and your family’s mealtimes overlap at all? If so, you can all eat the same foods – I will just need to know their ages, heights, weights, and general activity levels to calculate how much of your portions they would need. I encourage you to use the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) to build your menus so that you can all choose which foods you like.
As for your in-between meal snacks, are you allowed to drink liquids on the job? If so, you can just make smoothies and soups the night before (we have lots of recipes for both) that you can put in thermoses and take with you. If this is not possible, then just be sure to distribute the fruits, vegetables, and calcium sources (i.e., yogurt) in your snacks to other meals that you can eat.
