If you feel like there’s too much food in your personal menu plan, it’s because most weight loss diets actually give you less than your body needs, which results in hunger and later rebound weight gain after the initial weight loss.

This program is a way of life based on healthy eating, so it looks very different. Ease into it if you need to, but try not to cut back too much on quantity, or again, any weight loss will be followed by a rebound.

my husband and I started on the 8 week plan today. At the end of the day we felt that we had eaten more food than we have ever eaten in one day. is that normal?
