Hi Tracey,

Please note, there is no time limit with regards to how long you spend on each week. You can take your time, and go at your own pace. Once you complete a week it will automatically unlock the next week, but you can remain in the week you are on, and also return to previous weeks should you wish.

Also, if you started at a later time than your purchase date, be sure to keep all Trim Down Club correspondences this way you have the information in a safe place for when you decide to give the program a go. You will find this stuff very handy!

On to the next question: we are currently working on adding a feature that allows members to delete a weight input. I am hoping that this is done in the very near future. Accidents happen, and we would like to allow you to make changes if mistakes occur.

I to signed up but did not start right away and only in my 1st week but I am getting Emails stating congratulations you reached week two. How can I update to accurately show I am still only in week two. Also, My starting weight was entered and it is wrong how do I delete the starting weight?

1. Go to https://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your Username and Password (You can also use your email address connected to your purchase as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?”)
4. After you login, click on “Follow 8 Week Plan”. This weekly guide will give you the tools and directions you need to start the program
5. Feel free to start by reading the brief Week 1 Introduction
6. Next, move on to the STARTING STEPS. To access the steps, simply click on START located underneath each STEP
7. To access your Weekly Meal Plan, simply click on the START button underneath Step 3.
8. As you progress in Week 1, gain some extra credit by checking out the Want to See More section. Here you will find the hottest information in the field of nutrition and health
9. Each week you will unlock new information as we guide you to get the body you deserve!

I am still on my 1st week because I didn’t actually start when I signed up I started this last Fri so I haven’t gotten into the 2nd week yet I will this coming Fri 2/27. Can you update me??? Doris Martin
