 Ossie-Sharon 12 years ago | We don’t recommend Splenda because it is artifical – the company’s sister product Nectresse is much better, a combination of monkfruit and a natural sugar alcohol that has much less of an aftertaste than Stevia.
Agave is not recommended because it can cause an imbalance in sugar and cholesterol/triglyceride metabolism. |

| Suefromtn 12 years ago | Is there something I can substitute for Splenda? It upsets my IBS, and I don’t like the taste of Stevia. Also, another nutritionist put me on to coconut oil as something really healthy.
I use it to cook a one egg omelette in the mornings. |
