Hi, sabrohamm. You and your husband need about the same amounts.

My husband weighs 190, he is 5’11 tall. He does weights 3 days a week, rides 10 miles on stationary bike 2 days a week. Moderate activity otherwise. Right now he is eating what I cook, which is partly plan, but would be nice to know what his portions would be on the plan. Thank you!

I am also curious for my husband. He is 32, 5′ 9″ and is about 165 lbs. He doesn’t currently exercise, but works as a mechanic.

Hi Ossie Sharon! My husband is 44 years old. He is 6’2″ and weighs 285 lbs. His weight goal is 240. He doesn’t work out much currently, but has somewhat of an active job. He also would like to start working out regularly.

Thank you!

Hi, Joy. It looks like on her most active days she needs about 50% more than what you are eating now, and on not-so-active days about 25% more.

My teen daughter is very athletic and I need to lose weight. How can I tweek menu so we can eat basically the same foods, but take in account her needs?

Hi, Lisa. That’s great! If you give me your husband’s age, height, weight, and general activity level, and whether he wants to lose or maintain weight, I can post here how much he may need relative to your amounts.

Hi lisarudlaff,

The menu planner is connected to your specific dietary needs and profile. Sharing the program is not optimal, but it can be done. To share the program, each household member will have to individually update the user profile every time they use the program, so the apps work. We find most customers prefer having individual accounts, but you are more than welcome to share.

Best 😉
