Hi Janelle,
I felt pretty much the same at first so I opted for the Ready-To-Go menu and substituted items that I didn’t want. To substitute, click on the item on the menu and a list will pop up. then I took my time finding my way around the website. I lost 4 pounds my first week!

Hang in there it gets easier. Go to Groups and join a couple, read all the questions and comments from others. it will all fall into place soon!

I’m overwhelmed don’t know what most of these foods are… especially grains…wheremdomI even begin??
