Thanks for posting.

We see that everything is functioning properly on our side. I recommend sticking with bd2486 suggestion. It sounds like a local browser complication. You may have Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, or another browser already installed on your computer. Then, please try to view your grocery list.

I was having trouble with IE, so try chrome or Firefox – Chrome works good for me.

Is anyone else having trouble creating the grocery list? All I get is a blank screen …
