Basically, it is a list of amounts of various spreads that you can use once a day without counting exchanges – e.g., a teaspoon of jam or honey, half a teaspoon of butter, etc. |

I read somewhere on here that there’s two “free” servings per day of something, and I was wondering what that’s referring to, other than the free veggies….how exactly do the “free” things work and what all is included in this? Thanks so much, you’ve been so incredibly helpful in my introduction into this program. I’m absolutely loving it, as is my family!! We’re currently halfway through week number 3 |
