Hi, Lexie. Grass-fed products mean that the animal producing it ate grasses that are closer to its natural diet, instead of the grains that conventional farmers give it. The resulting food is much healthier, from the higher nutrient and antioxidant content to better fats.
“SWG” stands for “sprouted whole grain” – you can read more about it here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread.

Hi, Mindy. Many of the recipes are in the Menu Planner lists – you can select them if you use the full Menu Planner application. For the recipes that are not there, you can just select something similar as a placeholder, then make the swap when it comes time to prep the meal. If you would like some help with specific recipes, please do repost.

Is there a way to incorporate the recipes they provide into the menu done for you? Or what are the recipes for if u just eat what is on your menu planner.

Thank you, it would be nice to converse with people having a hard time getting started. I have lost 5 lbs in my first week which felt great.

Hi, Littlebiggar. That’s why we’re here! You might also like the Groups, which can be a great source of support. The most popular is “Successful Beginnings,” but you may also find others that suit you.

I was also looking for a list of firer foods to eat, condiments also. Insoooo am not computer friendly so I am still trying to get the hang of it. I find that I do not need all the snacks but again still trying to get into the habit. I need more guidance and support at times.
