![]() | Hi Linda, somewhere I read or heard that the amount of water we should consume is half your body weight, so I weigh 194 so I should consume around 97ozs a day. Ossie does that seem right? |

![]() | I have a lot of business lunches and can not follow some lunch meals and those lunches are much bigger than suggested portions. Should I skip the afternoon snack? Also new at this but I have not seen anything on the amount of water we should be drinking. Thanks for the help |
