Hi, kippe. Good for you for starting a new exercise program – it is likely that will make a big difference. In addition, Maggie is quite right – at this point, you will be swapping fat for heavier muscle, so pay attention to how you look and feel. Finally, note that the closer you are to your ideal body weight when you start a weight loss program, the more challenging it may be – and that’s you! Even if you don’t drop anything number-wise, getting in shape through exercise will provide you with benefits.

One article I read on TDC said go by how your clothes fit. If you are gaining muscle it weighs more than fat. Your clothes will fit better. Three days on a new exercise program is not long enough to tell if it is helping. Are you using measuring cups to measure your food?

I still have not lost weight. I have learned to eat crabs without gaining weight. Please help me figure out where to go from here.
I started a food journal and new exercise program three days ago and so far no results. Should I be decreasing the amount of food? Should I be changing the balance of food?
It is almost a month.
