First, keep in mind that one of the main principles of healthy weight management (and what we strive for in this program) is slow, gradual loss so that it can be sustained and maintained. Second, if you have been on restrictive diets in the past, your metabolism may have slowed, and it may take some time to get back to normal. Third, the 14-day menu provides a bit more food that you may need according to your profile unless engage in at least a moderate level of exercise on a regular basis. Fourth, you are quite close to your ideal body weight, and it is usually those last few pounds that are the most difficult to shed. So in a nutshell, your result is AMAZING. |
![]() | I joined the club recently and started with 14 day challenge menu a week ago Monday. I’m following the menu, but so far I lost 1 pound only. Is this normal? I don’t think I’m getting the result as I should have. Is there any tip? |
