![]() | Thanks! That was inspiring! Here we go! |
![]() | When I joined this Club 4 weeks ago, I too thought myself to be a picky eater, but I determined in my heart to make a change, a complete turnaround actually, so I have been eating foods that previously I’ve avoided, some are things I’ve never tried before. What has amazed me after doing this for 4 weeks now is that I’m appreciating all these new foods, my taste buds have been ‘resurrected’, I can actually taste the food itself and not just the sauces/dips/salts that were smothered over my food in the past, I’ve done away with most of those additives now. So my advice is to stick with the programme, determine to have a fierce attempt to do it strictly, and you will be transformed, you need to give it a few weeks for your body to adjust though – you can do it!! |
![]() | I am a picky eater. After looking over some of the recipes, I’m finding that I don’t like some\most of the food. (Some I’ve never tried before). So I’m not sure how adventurous I will be. Do you have any suggestions? |
![]() | Hi, Linda. A mix, i.e. 2 fruits and 3 vegetables. |
![]() | Does that mean 5 fruit and 5 veggies or a total of 5. A mix of fruit and veggies. |
![]() | Hi, jerryobbie67. The intention is for you to eat everything, but if you can’t, don’t fight it. It’s great that you are not hunger than that you are in tune with your satiety signals! You can cut back about 10-20% – just be sure to get at least 5 total fruit+vegetable and 3 total calcium-rich foods/beverages each day. |
