Hi, camend. Hopefully you are being followed by a health care professional familiar with your case. I am happy to help here in whatever way I can. First a few questions.
Are you on medications? Is the current eating schedule different from what you had before, and if so, have your medications been adjusted accordingly? It is best if you have all your meals and snacks at similar times each day.
Are you using the Menu Planner application or Ready-to-Go menus? If you are using the full Menu Planner (which I would recommend in your case). do be sure to select the carb items that are in the lightest blue, with the highest amounts of fiber and protein.
Regardless, I suggest to reduce your menu pattern to the level below what you have now, and see if that helps. You can do this by entering “192 lbs” as your weight in your profile.
In addition to considering the above, I recommend you also consider your physical activity level, as this is very important to restore your metabolism and support healthy blood glucose levels. Also be sure to get plenty of water – at least 8 8-oz/240-ml glasses per day.

I am on my second week of the program and I am following my menu, however, I see that my blood sugars are way up. I don’t know how or what to adjust. Last week I felt fine but this week I am not. Any thoughts? camend
