Hi, paintedlady. Don’t worry about SWG – 100% whole grain is just fine. As for the fruit, just eat whatever you can get that you like. You can repeat meals and even whole days if you wish – don’t throw anything out, and certainly don’t do anything so uncomfortable that you don’t enjoy life! I suggest using the regular Menu Planner application and choose the foods that are available, and note in your profile that you don’t want too much variety. As for your town, there is a natural foods co-op that may be a resource – Durango Natural Foods Co-op is open daily 8am-8pm, deli hours are 8am-7pm; 575 East 8th Avenue (corner of College Drive and 8th Avenue, downtown); telephone 970.247.8129, email info@durangonaturalfoods.coop. You can also try Natural Foods Oasis: http://www.naturesoasismarket.com/retailer/store_templates/shell_id_1.asp?storeID=0E75F5E3C2DF416C896EF03680134ECB

I live in a small town and have 3 grocery stores. None of them have SWG breads. And my menu plan calls for 8 different fruits in 1 week. This food is going to rot before I can finish it. And what about 1oz of tuna twice a week – what do I do with the other 3oz in the can?
It was not clear in the video that these items would be only found in a city and online.
And, yes, I can make substitutions; but I would be doing it every day for every meal. This plan is just not feasible.
