![]() | Hi, Lindy, and thanks bonitag. You can find conversions for measurements here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. |
![]() | https://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-uk. One site, http://wwwgoodnessdirect.co.uk, has great, concise explanations of the foods. |
![]() | I see someone else has asked this question, but has had no reply yet (I don’t think it was long ago she asked) One thing I do have is a set of “Cups” to measure with, but unless it is rice, or sugar etc, how can you measure fruit or veg in cups? could you please put some sort of weight on the recipe lists? I read on one of the other answers when you were asked if this site was American, or English, you said this site was International, I think you will find it is only the US who weighs in CUPS. The rest of the world is either metric or imperial measurements. PLEASE; PLEASE weigh in something we can understand, although I am trying to do my best with this site, when I do find a food, and I know what it is, it says a “slice of Shredded Wheat” what on earth is a slice? In another recipe it says 1/2 cup Shredded Wheat, How do you get a Shredded Wheat in a cup? Sorry but it does seem to make this way of eating very difficult to follow for us “British” |
