Hi, Rose. I see that your weight puts you right on the border between two different meal patterns, so eating a little less would make sense. If you want the Menu Planner to generate more fitting menus, try putting 175 lbs as your current weight in your profile.

Just be fan a new life eating plan. Find there is an awful lot of food too eat and unfortunately I have actually put on weight. I am going to continue but cut down the portion size and up the amount of exercise I take. Inverurie
