Hi, Lakshmi. Yes, yes, and yes 🙂 As long as you keep the basic structure of the meals (i.e., carb with protein and fruit or vegetable), you can do whatever you like.

Can you tell me if the foods on one day’s menu are supposed to work together as a a whole, or is it permissible to switch lunches or snacks from one day to another. I know you can substitute a food within the menu, but can you mix and match from different menus?
