Hi, Bellringer. It isn’t ideal, but if you can at least have the midmorning snack, that will help. One option for people on-the-go is to prepare hearty shake the night before, and just sip your breakfast on your way to work or while you’re on an early break. We have such recipes in our collection (click on “Beverages” in the Recipes section).

My work schedule doesn’t allow me time to eat breakfast. Will this adversely affect the plan?
