Hi, akuennen. Jackfruit is a starchy fruit that is eaten either while it’s young and green (in savory dishes, often as a meat substitute, though it has very little protein) or mature and orange (in sweet dishes, or raw like a mango); breadfruit is an even starchier fruit that is not sweet, but rather often used in equatorial cultures the way westerners use potatoes.
Nature’s Hollow products are excellent – you can use up to a tablespoon without counting it in your menu.

I have a few questions. What is jackfruit and breadfruit? These are listed in menu planner. Also, are tomatoes considered free vegetables? I found a link to Nature’s Hollow products. Can I use this specific honey, syrup, etc. as free additives to pancakes, yogurt, etc., and how much can I use? Thanks so much – See more at: https://www.trimdownclub.com/groups/talking-cooking-nanas/#sthash.c5fnsJ68.dpuf
