![]() | So the volume of food, and combinations of food are not as important – the most important issue is to eat the right foods as identified by those recipes. |
![]() | Hi, SlimDownJT. Your last point is absolutely correct! |
![]() | Hi there – I am new to the site. Here is my situation in brief. Over the past 6 weeks or so I have lost approx. 8 kg (18 lb) just through exercise and sensible dieting. I am 6’3″ and 92 kg (203 lb) – but I have been sitting on approx. 92 kg for a couple of weeks – I feel like I have stalled. I surf quite a lot (and swim, run, etc.) so I feel like I get enough exercise. I used to weigh less but after some treatment I put on weight and am trying to get back down. What I really want to do is get rid of the remaining “love-handles” and fat around my middle. What bought me to your site was the desire to lose more weight but also to figure out my diet – I often feel hungry and feel as if my blood sugar drops down low. So I will be doing well but then have a strong desire to have something sweet or just eat in general. Sometimes I even feel a little light-headed. So, to my question – is the idea of this site that I strictly follow the meal plans proposed, or can I learn from the recipes and eat the same foods in different combinations? |
