Weight Loss?

![]() | Hi, Niobe. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, your metabolism may need a nudge to return to normal. Exercise is the best way to do this, but you don’t need to go to the gym or work any injured areas. Just doing armlifts with heavy objects (water bottles, food cans) is fine, sit-ups (even just partial ones), etc. – anything that involves movement and resistance. If you are fairly sedentary, the fact that your weight puts you on the border between two levels of meal patterns may be affecting you. I suggest you change your current weight to “175” lbs, and the system will automatically give you a slightly lesser amount of food that will still give you the basic nutrition you need to be healthy. |
![]() | Haven’t lost any weight yet and starting week 3. Are things going to change or do I have to do something different to make it happen. I would go to the gym but have a few pulled tendons. Should I limit my food intake? |
