Hi, Ratika. At such an early stage of the program and with such a great workout ethic, it could be that your scale is not a big help to you right now. You may very well be trading fat for muscle, and muscle is much heavier. Therefore, it may be more accurate for you to follow how you are feeling, especially in your clothes, and how you look in the mirror. You can also measure key points such as your belly and hips, and see if things change.
If you still find that you are not progressing, please do repost, and I would be happy to work through it with you.

Hi.. I have been following the health plan for past 2 weeks but there is still no result. I go to the gym 4 days in week after office and do at least 45 minutes workout.
Do i need to try harder at the gym? I have stopped eating cakes and biscuits.. but i feel a little dis heartened due to no results.
Am i being impatient..?? Its always been harder for me to loose weight.. no matter how healthy i eat..
After how much time.. you think the results will show??
