You don’t … If you are single or it’s just two of you… You start depending on your freezer for help with your menus. I weigh leftovers and then store in freezer bags marked with the item and number of ounces. It makes it very convenient to substitute meat items when you don’t want to cook. As far as the yogurt, just use common sense and get one. It is not a sweetened or flavored. I bought several flavors of liquid Stevia I LOVE the coconut and grape. This is truly the most wonderful plan. It’s very flexible and it’s real food for real people.

I just joined this afternoon and starting to look at the week 1 menu. Does following the diet result in a lot of wasted food? For example, one snack is supposed to be 0% yogurt, another the same day calls for 2%. That seems like a lot of yogurt. Also, I assume it is plain yogurt and not a sweetened/flavored yogurt. Similarly, one of the meals calls for 6oz of a pork roast, or 4 oz of a beef steak. How do you make a 6 oz roast?
