![]() | Hi, Joyce, and welcome! The first thing I would suggest is that you take advantage of some physical activity to recover your metabolism after having restricted your intake. Anything can help here (even just walking in place and doing light calisthenics in front of the TV for the length of at least one 1/2-hour show), but if you’re already active, try introducing new exercises or even just slightly increased intensity to wake up complacent muscles. |
![]() | I just signed up and went thru my favs, iam mainly Vegeterian but do consume fish , I usually start my day with a green smoothie and eat a veggie soup for dinner. I likely do not eat enough calories and my body seems to be holding onto all I eat. I am big on veggies just started more fruits, limited dairy prefer coconut products as , oil/butter, coconut milk and shredded. Limited coconut sugar since I do not sweeten things, just discovered date syrup enjoying in my morning coffee for the minerals. Just began this so may find more foods to my liking., was considering going raw also love love avocados and have frozen bananas for the ice cream like treats☺️ |
