Hi, mel5555 – yes, of course. The point is to live as freely as possible, and everyone misses a meal here and there. If you want to skip one on a regular basis, just make sure you get a daily total of at least 3 calcium-rich foods/beverages and 5 fruit+vegetable servings.

Second day, enjoying the plan, loving the food. Totally different eating smaller amounts 6 times per day (as per plan) compared to my larger portions before. This plan is really quite refreshing :0) I do have one question which I haven’t managed to find on the forum although apologies as it must be on the forum somewhere. Question is, is it important to eat all the meals and snacks? If I were to miss a meal and snack will this be OK? Just wondering really. Thanks for being there.
