Hi, Mahiin. You don’t need intense workouts to be successful here. Any type of physical activity can help, and with the MS, just be sure not to get too overheated, rest between components of your exercise, and be sure to breath as deeply as possible. Work your way up in terms of time – start with five minutes per day, then five minutes twice per day, 10 minutes per time, etc…

If you click on your Week 2 menu you will see that it includes all of the dietary needs you have selected in your profile.

If you would like to choose your foods, please feel free to take advantage of the Menu Planner, which is located under Apps.

The menu does not give glutin free food options n the bit of intense work out isn’t good for healthy
