Hi, mifriend03, and welcome. There are many other Clubmembers in the same spot as you. Don’t worry about cooking too much. I suggest that you use the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above), where you can select the foods you want in your menu. When you check your foods in the lists, be sure to check plenty that don’t require extensive food preparation. If you travel on days where more complicated food is scheduled, just swap for an easier day.

OK, so I am brand new to this program. I picked my foods and received my suggested diet but here is the problem. First I am vegetarian which is not an issue since many options were offered. However, I travel Monday through Thursday and stay in hotels for my job. While I don’t mind carrying a cooler with me and a mini frig and microwave is available in hotels, the ability to cook is limited and I just don’t see how this plan is going to be feasible. Are there prepared foods, dining out options, a simpler menu or any other suggestions that anyone can contribute? Don’t want to have wasted yet more money on a program that doesn’t fit my needs.
