The diet journal can help you learn to adjust to what is the right amount of food for you. If you keep having a lack of appetite for 2 weeks or longer then you want to talk to your doctor. |
![]() | Hello, I just started the Trim Down Club today. I am finding that I can’t eat all of the food on the menu for today. Maybe I am just afraid of eating so much food but I also don’t have the appetite to eat everything. Is that ok or should I be trying to eat everything on the menu? Terri |
