Hi, Stephb. Water has indeed been linked to optimal overall health and weight loss, for a number of reasons. If you don’t have any digestive issues, drinking water with a meal is fine

Hi, I have always been told that drinking plenty of water is good for you overall health and weight loss. Is this true, and is it good to drink water with a meal?
