Hi, Freda. The most important part of label-reading is actually knowing what ingredients are in the product. For a breakfast cereal, for example, you’ll want to make sure there are only whole grains, minimal sweeteners and salt, and no artificial additives.

I have a problem reading labels as I really don’t understand it I really need a breakdown sample to know what I am looking foe like rice crispier it says cal115. Sugar 2.9g fat0.4g saturates 0.1g lately salt 0.2g is this good or not. I really would like to learn to read labels.
