![]() | Amaranth, Quinoa and Millet are sort of like a rice/brown rice. I found them at the health food stores. They are smaller than rice when cooked. I llike quinoa and use it alot! Have you tried mixing brown and white rice to help you adjust? I know some people do 1/2 and 1/2. I found lots of info online about quinoa and millet. |
