Hi, trentsherry96. Bananas are excellent. Just note that they are more dense than other fruits, so a medium banana counts as two fruit servings or a fruit + a carb. If you are hungry before bedtime, it is recommended to have a light protein with carbohydrate snack, such as yogurt, or whole grain crackers with cheese.

So are bananas not so good for us who are trying to lose some weight? I’m confused. Also, if I am hungry before bedtime is it best to eat something? If so, what is the best thing to eat?
