Hi, kballhsd. It is recommended to start eating when you first arise after your main sleep, then every 2-3 hours thereafter. Whatever exact hour you choose, the important part is that you try to eat around the same times each day.

ive been on many diets,,and you eat at different times of day..how is this diet different? what time do you eat?
