![]() | Hi, dwarner2014. No, we don’t include protein shakes here because the program is essentially based on whole foods. As such, we recommend all-natural whole food-based meal replacement shakes, such as Garden of Life Raw Meal (http://gardenoflife.com/Products-for-Life/Foundational-Nutrition/RAW-Meal.aspx). Even if you don’t like that one, just note the ingredients list to get a sense of what we suggest may best support health and healthy weight management. |
![]() | I am new and didn’t see any Protein type shakes on here. Sometimes in the morning I don’t have time to cook before leaving for work and I make a protein shake with almond milk and strawberries. Are there any protein shake allowed on this program? |
![]() | Hi, Paul. No worries – this program is moderate in protein. It is high enough to support muscle grown and hormone balance, but not at a level that can tax your kidneys. |
![]() | Wouldn’t it make sense to eat lean protein snacks, post workout, like nuts, beans, chicken…etc. |
![]() | I have been drinking Protein drinks and have been eating very little carbs & training quite hard. |
