![]() | I try to buy only fresh fruit, but i will buy frozen if i’m using it for smoothies. I do buy some frozen veggies. Freezing can actually hold the nutrients in so it’s not a bad thing, & it does save a little money. I’m sure buying fresh, THEN freezing it is better but I’m a single mom so money is important to me. I’ve noticed that it takes time to pack all of the info in your brain. For example, fruits with tougher skins (avacodo, bananas..etc) will probably have less pesticides on them. Thinner skinned fruits are better purchased organic. |

![]() | Hi, jschillsr. We certainly do recommend a whole grain crust – whether or not it contains gluten depends on your individual needs. No, the activity board does not reach us, sorry. |
![]() | I have just started “my choice” meal plan and now pizza is on the menu…but all it says is “4 ounces of Pizza, plain cheese, regular crust”…does that mean I can just get any pizza off the street or do I have do get gluten free or whole wheat crust or whatever? |
