| | I am new to this program. I just joined a few minutes ago. After looking over the week 1 menu, I noticed there are several foods that I do not particularly like. ie, almonds, artichokes, cottage cheese. Is it possible to swap these foods for something else? if so, what? |

| | Hi, Diane, and welcome! The ratios are different for different people based on their needs. To find yours, click on “Exchange View” in the toolbar above your finished menu – it may differ a little from day to day, but it is within a certain range. |
| | I am a newbie, just starting in the TDC. I wonder if anyone can tell me what ratios should be eaten at each meal; I.e, 1 serving protein, 1 serving vegetables/fruit, 1 serving bread, 1 serving fat (butter, olive oil). I was kind of expecting something like that when I signed up. I am. Very much into grass fed meat and dairy, so I am not very excited about he meal plans I see for Week 1… |
