| | Hi, jo893, and welcome! Most of the foods in the menu are not very energy-dense, so they can fill you up without risking weight gain. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may seem like a lot and take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of nutrients again, but it increases the changes of long-term maintenance once you reach your goal. This menu also assumes a certain level of physical activity (even minimal) to help boost your metabolism. If you find yourself struggling after a while, please do repost, and I will work with you. |
| | I’m new this week. After doing my menu selection and looking at planner, I am concerned over how much food it has me eating. I don’t normally eat nearly that much food. I am worried about gaining weight instead. |
