Hi, EssHouben, and welcome! First, you may not need to learn all new recipes – it really does not need to be complicated. Second, note that this is not a diet, but rather just a lifestyle upgrade – getting rid of the refined foods and erratic eating schedules that can pose a challenge to your blood sugar. Third, Deborah is a great source of support, having been through the program herself, and has built a really great group. Easy does it – just slide into it at your own pace, make changes a little at a time (and be patient with some adjustment and trial-and-error), and those changes will add up and eventually become second nature.

Here’s one thing I give the new members,
it will really help if you are new to the Trim Down Club “How to start with what you have”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdBTmuiHrMo…

Ive just started and am finding this just as hard as any other diet plan I have attempted. Having to learn all new receipes and am stressed everytime I need to eat, incase I get it wrong! All I need to do is change my insulin and blood glucose sensitivity, but feel this is just a diet all over again that I won’t be able to maintain for the long term……heeeeeeelp!!!
