![]() | Hi, julielala. We would rather you make shakes from whole foods, if possible. We have quite a few recipes in this site, and you can dress them up with flax or chia seed meal or other superfoods. However, there are some food-based meal-replacers/shake enhancers out there, and they would be preferable to skipping a meal. Just be sure to read the ingredients and avoid artificial sweeteners and other undesirable chemicals. |
