| | Hi, RiverDipper. The ratios stay pretty much the same, though the overall amounts will decrease as you lose weight. The general ratio is about 1 gram of protein to 1 gram of fat to 3 grams of carbohydrates. |
| | I was wondering what the ratios of fat to protein, carb to protein, etc. that we are shooting for and do they change as you lose weight? |
