| | Hi Ossie: I checked out the recipe for Spicy Hummus and it calls for Hot Tomato Salsa. Could I substitute fresh Spinach instead. I love the prepackaged Spinach Hummus but I would like to get rid of the chemicals. Also, could canned chick peas be subbed for the dried if they are rinsed really well to get rid of most of the salt? |
