Nuts, seeds, fruits, and cut-up vegetables can be great, too. Try also packing soups and shakes in thermoses.

I’ve been packing a lunch this week. I had things on my list when I created the menu for the week that I knew were packable (bread, turkey, etc.) You can swap things out by clicking on them so if it was a lunch that wouldn’t travel I traded items for things that were. It took some planning but it worked. Also, if you cook things in advance and put in tupperware that could work too.

I am finding it next to impossible to stick to this diet mainly because I cannot cook a lunch.I have to take a packed lunch to work. Any suggestions please?
