Hi, Sherry Moyer. SWG flours are available online. I don’t know where you live, but you can find sources here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/shopping-links-for-healthy-foods. Other ingredients can be found at health-oriented shops, such as Whole Foods Market, and online at Amazon.
Coconut sugar can be replaced with evaporated whole cane juice or yacon syrup.

Where does one find flours made with SWG? I have a bread maker and would like to make my own breads again, but have no idea where to shop for these ingredients. Also, can something be substituted for coconut sugar? I am allergic to coconuts.
