Hi, MommaH. Herb sauce is a very generic term and can be whatever you want. The most common is just a bunch of herbs mixed with broth or alive oil, or a store-bought organic/all-natural mixture combined with water.
The 14 day menu lists using herb sauce. Does anyone know how to make/buy it?
