Thanks, Debbie! SueBue, you may find the Menu Planner application (link above in “Apps”) helpful for planning a vegetarian diet. If you want something readymade, you can download the 14-day Vegan Plan (in “My Downloads” above under “Main Program” – just scroll down) and add in any animal products you do eat.

When you make out your menu.. click on the vegetarian diet.

I am a bit confused by the 21 day menu. As I am a vegetarian it is a bit off putting to have steak etc in the menu. Is the idea that I just replace with something else. Can I personalise it.
