Hi, Lisask. That sounds like a great idea. A couple of options: whenever you see a fat option in the morning, you can swap it out for a tablespoon of the seeds; or you can trade it for part of the carbohydrate option – 1-1/2 tablespoons very each carb.

I would like to have flax and chia seeds every morning; however I cannot seem to get them into my planner. I have selected them in my planner … I have tried to look for them as a substitution but they do not show up on the substitution list.
