Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Hi, dwisdom, and welcome! 1) Fresh orange juice does indeed count as a fruit (1/2 cup = 1 fruit), and if it is fresh squeezed, that is ideal (especially with pulp). 2) Muesli is often even better than granola, as it does not include extra sweeteners and saturated or hydrogenated fats. 3) We wouldn’t recommend the Robinson’s product because it contains artificial sweeteners and with the processing involved, probably does not have much left by way of nutritional value. |
dwisdom 11 years ago | Hi I have just joined and have some questions: 1) Is fresh orange juice (not from concentrate) OK? Does it count as a fruit? 2) Is muesli a substitute for granola? 3) Can I drink Robinsons No Added Sugar Orange&Pineapple squash? Thanks Debbie |
