Hi, LizReed. I suggest you try using the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above – it comes with a step-by-step guide) and selecting the foods that would work better for you. In your profile, be sure to select that you don’t want high variety.

Checking my menu for this week and I realize I really need menu’s that are simpler and more cost effective. On my budget I can’t do Artichokes, Tahini (don’t know what that is), Persimmons, different types of nuts, Cod, Figs, herb sauce (prepared)(whatever that means). I need menu’s with basic fresh fruits and vegetables. If I use 1/2 of a banana for one snack, what happens to the other half, it’s such a waste. What do I do?
