I walk every day morning 1hour 2.5 mile a day. It makes me feel better when I do my walking. I have been on the diet for 2 weeks and have lost 4lbs. I am trying to get the right foods to eat, and the recipes helps me, the recipes are good and it helps my husband also. My name is Phyllis.

I go to the gym 6 – 7 days a week and have a trainer 2 days a week. I work very hard and can push 130 pounds with my legs… it very hard work but I keep it up. My trainer said the only way to get rid of my fat on my stomach is to eat better so I tossed out all my food and bought healthy food. I also tossed out all my salt. This is the first time in my life that I am actually tasting the food and not the salt. I want to learn to eat the right food and how to look for them in the grocery store. Just starting tomorrow after I read the books I printed out. Exercise is easy for me… Eating the right foods is the hard part!
